I built this company to do the opposite. approach every product the way a serious kitchen approaches dessert: flavor and texture come first, and performance is engineered into that experience without compromise. I use real chocolate, real fats, and ingredients chosen for how they actually behave in food—not just how they look on a label. The goal isn’t to chase trends or hype. It’s to create snacks that taste like they belong in a bakery, while still delivering the nutrition people expect from a performance product.
I started this company because I was tired of the gap between what protein snacks promise and what they deliver As a Type 1 diabetic myself, I set out to find alternative snacks that could satisfy cravings without sacrificing the flavors or textures. Too many products rely on shortcuts, fillers, and marketing language that hides mediocre quality. I believe consumers deserve honesty. That means being transparent about ingredients, Focused about formulation, and respectful of the fact that people can tell the difference between something engineered with care and something assembled for margin. Every product is the result of deliberate testing, refinement, and a refusal to accept “good enough.”

Some items contain peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, or allergens depending on the flavor. Everything is clearly labeled, and I follow strict sanitation and allergen-control procedures during production. If you happen to have allergies please make note of it within your order!
Where are your products made?
Even though my products are made under a cottage food operation and not subject to Florida's Food safety regulations; Every batch is handcrafted in my kitchen using food-safe, professional-grade processes.
Do you use real chocolate in your products?
Yes — always. Real chocolate made from sustainably sourced cocoa beans. It gives you a cleaner melt, richer flavor, and a true sensory experience.
Are your snacks gluten-free or vegan?
Yes the products are Gluten Free and we are actively working on a SKU that will be plant based to be brought into our catalogue.
How should I store the brownies?
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is also an option but remember to heat it up slightly to get the best experience!
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — I ship everywhere in the U.S. All orders go out in protective mailer boxes specifically chosen to keep the product fresh during transit.
Do you wholesale or work with gyms, cafés, or specialty stores?
